Dear Parents or Guardians,

I am excited to get this school year underway and look forward to meeting and getting to know each one of you, my name is Christina Fuks and I am in my 3rd year of teaching business education here at Scotland High School.
I graduated from Tripp-Delmont high school then went on to earn my Associates Degree in business from Mount Marty College. I always wanted to help someone or make a difference in someone’s life, which encouraged me to pursue my teaching certification from Grand Canyon University.

I learn from each student and in turn, hope they will learn something from me. My hopes, is that the students do not only learn classwork knowledge, but also from personal and life experiences. Business is something that each student will encounter in their lives and my only hope is that they take away enough information to become successful adults.

I believe in the open door policy. If there are, any questions from parents, guardians or students people do not hesitate to ask. In turn, I will be contacting you should any surprises arise positive or negative. Feel free to contact me via email or telephone and I would be more than happy to set up a time to meet with you. I also encourage you to look at the school’s website for weekly information. My classroom expectations are simple and straight forward. Respect, honesty and responsibility are key positive behaviors that should be reflected upon themselves and others in my classroom. If this is maintained amongst each other, it will create a constructive learning environment.

I look forward to becoming a positive part of your child’s life and helping them to successfully reach their goals and future endeavors.

Best Regards,

Christina Fuks
